Last Half of Disney
We survived our first trip to Disneyland!!! It was tons of fun and the kids are ready to go back but Curtis needs a break from the crowds :) Micah and I got really wet on the Grizzly ride in California Adventure Park good thing it was 35 out so we dried really really fast. The kids and I are excited to go back sometime in the future.

Sleepover with the Cousins
We stayed the night at Shelley and Kent's and the cousins had lots of fun. They surprised the kids and had a Disneyland themed party. Their were balloons (that Micah later let fly up to their vaulted ceiling), a stuffed Mickey and Minnie for them to take on the plane, PJ's, and little colouring books. Micah, Hope, and Amber all slept in the same room but their was not much sleeping happening!! Thanks to Shelley and the girls for the special night!

Well we survived our LONG drive to Red Deer and we only listened to Micah's turtle song for the last half of the trip, thank you Mrs. H!! It used to be a cute song but now the thought of it drives both Curtis and I crazy. We had fun just hanging out with Uncle Kyle. We went to the park, for a walk on their trails here and then out for lunch. The picture at the top is what Micah drew while we waited for lunch. It is a picture of a duck being shot by a hunter with a bow and arrow. I do not understand my son??? Kyle and Curtis thought is was so funny and clever that Curtis needed to take a picture of it, boys are so weird. Tomorrow we are off to see the Nieces and Auntie Shelley.

I finally got Curtis to take me somewhere with him.
What are you doing Hope?
Dancing Princess
12 Dancing Princesses
Our little Princess has developed an obsession with the Barbie movie "12 Dancing Princesses." She is driving her poor mom crazy with the movie. Throughout the day Curtis and I find ourselves humming the music and the minute we do Hope starts to dance to it. I think it is time to try to wean her from it :)
