Not Again...
Well, the Reimer's are just not meant to own a hamster. That is right, Hope's hamster Minty passed away Monday. She was not as emotional this time around and thinks she died because she was too fat or ate too much plastic (Minty was always gnawing at the cage). No more hamsters for awhile and as it seems we are not very good at caring for them :)
Dudley is doing fine. His tumor was not cancerous and as for his tail, he still has it.

A tough week for the Reimer animals
Well, as you know our hamster passed away. We decided to purchase another one for Hope. She has named "her" Minty and this one is WAY bigger and a wee bit of a chewer. Curtis and I are preparing ourselves to find she has gnawed her way out of the cage and we will have to search the basement for her.
On Thursday, Dudley went to the vet to have a tumor removed (still waiting for the results) and in the process we found out that we might have to cut his tail off. His tail has a cut at the tip that they can not stitch up or gauze due to the placing of the cut. We have to try to prevent him from hitting his tail and opening up the cut, yeah right!
That is what is happening with the animals of our house, the real animals not the children.

I finally got Curtis to take me somewhere with him.
What are you doing Hope?
Dancing Princess
12 Dancing Princesses
Our little Princess has developed an obsession with the Barbie movie "12 Dancing Princesses." She is driving her poor mom crazy with the movie. Throughout the day Curtis and I find ourselves humming the music and the minute we do Hope starts to dance to it. I think it is time to try to wean her from it :)
